Bench Press
Warm up sets leading up to your working sets
5/3/3/3/2 reps , 4 sets

Circuit #1 (no rest in between exercises!)
Incline Bench Press
4x 8-10 reps
Superset with Cable Flyes
4x 15 reps

Circuit #2 (no rest in between exercises!)
Decline Machine Bench Press
3x 8-10 reps
Cable Incline Flyes
3X 10 reps

Circuit #3 (no rest in between exercises!)
DB Pullovers
3x 10 reps
45 lbs Plate squeezes
3x 10 reps

Abs to end it! Killer!
Pull-up position leg lifts touching the bar
5x 10 reps

Notes about this workout:
Why do supersets? The key benefit with no rest in-between workouts is increasing your heart rate. By raising your heart rate, you are forcing the body to burn more calories and improve your bodies fitness level. Additionally, for the plate squeezes, find a weight you can appropriately control, the key isn’t to go heavy. Going heavy will do nothing for you and you won’t build muscle. Slow and controlled. Get after it, MAKE TODAY COUNT!
