In Today’s workout, we are attacking the chest with lots of volume exercises catered to the upper chest.

Todays WOD

WOD #58 Chest Day

Incline Barbell Bench 5×12

Flat Bench DB Press 5×10

Decline Cable Flyes 3×20
DB Pullovers 3×10

Abs Routine 3x
Lying Leg Twists 10 each leg
Med Ball Russian Twists (50 total reps)
Toes-to-Bar Leg Raises 10 reps



Hey Everyone! I'm really excited to announce that I will be officially starting cooperbrunnerfitness! To give a quick overview, I will basically be discussing concepts or frameworks I've learned through research that I believe are critical to learn to become a disciplined, successful individual in all aspects of life.
