From a fundamental level, there are three rules for proper chest training that you need to understand if your goal is to build strength and muscle in this area: 1. Do exercises for both the upper and lower chest. 2. Focus on lifting heavy. 3. Emphasize progressive overload.
It takes a while to develop a great chest. Us natty’s have to put in time, it’ll take 2-3 years of heavy lifting before you have the pecs you’re looking for.
And that’s fine, enjoy the process. The results will come. Just keep doing my workouts, and eat like a KING.
