Weighted Pull-Ups 5×8 (Heavy)

Cable Row Machine 4×10
-Superset-
EZ Bar Curls 4×10

Circuit #2
DB Single Arm Rows 4×10
-Superset-
Incline Bench Bicep Curls 4×10

Circuit #3
Single Arm Preacher Negative Curls AMRAP 4x*

*Use a weight a little bit heavier than usually. Focus on the eccentric movement of the exercise, if you can’t curl the DB up, use the other hand to bring the weight up and slowly lower the weight down during the bicep curl.
