WOD #49 Chest Workout

Bench Press 10×10
rest for 90 seconds

Circuit #1
Cable Chest Fly Variation x3
-10 incline, 10 regular, 10 decline
DB Lateral Raises 3×10 (shoulders)
rest for 90 sec

Circuit #2
Chest Press Machine 4×15 (10 full reps, 5 half reps)
Standing Barbell Front Raises 4×10

Last Chest exercise: 100 push-ups (if you can’t complete them all, did the remaining push-ups on your knees)

Abs Finisher 5x

10 TRX Knee Tucks
10 reps each side Med Ball Side Tosses
20 full sit-ups
15 heel taps

Check out some of my favorite go-to workouts. Here is a good chest workout that I’ve recently crafted up; This workout was exhausting and focused on fat loss, but I love it so much that I have to show this one out to everyone staying consistent in the gym. Keep up the grind and never give up, you are going to thank yourself one day that you never quit on yourself and hit the gym every week.
