Gear up for this one! Packed with fundamental movements, this workout is geared to add size to your back, with a handful of effective bicep workouts to go along with it.

Barbell Rows 10×10

Circuit #1
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns 4×12
EZ Bar Bicep Curls 4×12*

*For the curls, hold at the top (2-count) then SLOWLY bring the weight down.

TRX Band Rows 5×10
Chin-ups 5×8

AMRAP Cable Hammercurls 3x
